Regan Grimes showed his transformation in 10 years of training!

In 2016, at just 22 years old, Canadian Regan Grimes joined the ranks of professional bodybuilders and managed to earn his pro card at the 2016 Arnold Classic Amaturer Brazil. It was a breakthrough moment for him at the time, when he achieved one of his dreams.

"I'm not sure if I can say this without bringing tears to my eyes, but if you haven't seen it yet, I won the overall male bodybuilding at the Arnold Classic Brazil and got my IFBB Pro Card. I really understand now that dreams really can come true because today my dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder came true.

I have never worked so hard for something in my entire life. I have never given so much of myself to achieve the result I wanted. I've never dug so deep and pushed so hard when I had nothing left to give. Today, everything I did paid off. I turned my dream into a reality and now it's time to dream even bigger and set new goals. After I really enjoy this moment and embrace it." said Regan after his win in Brazil

Six years have passed since then and Grimes is currently ranked as one of the top bodybuilders in the world. His participation in the Olympia is assured this year, thanks to his win at the KO Squad Pro 2021, where he took his second professional win! He didn't fare so well at the 2022 Arnold Classic, however, as he only finished seventh.

It's clear that this Canadian bodybuilder still has a long way to go, but it started many years earlier. And if Regan looks back ten years, he will see what a huge distance he has already covered. In the photo below, you can compare just Grimes ten years ago and now.
