Regan Grimes currently weighs 131.5kg

Other promising young bodybuilders include Canadian competitor Regan Grimes, who is groomed under the wing of legendary bodybuilder and coach Milos Sarchev. This duo will want to give the best possible result at the next edition of Mr. Olympia this year. Last year at Olympia Regan took only fifteenth place which may seem like a failure at first glance. But Regan is one of the young athletes who are still gaining valuable experience.

During this past fall, Grimes went to two races - the Legion Sports Fest Pro 2021 and the KO Squad Pro 2021, which he won and secured a spot in the 2022 Olympia, which is 23 weeks away.

Last week, however, Regan shared a photo on his social media accounts telling his fans that the 2022 Olympics are 24 weeks away and he weighs around 290lb (131.5kg) at this time. It's clear that if this youngster wants to succeed at bodybuilding's most prestigious competition, he's going to have to work hard.
