Rebook CrossFit Games Open 2020 - registration is now open!

One of the biggest CrossFit holidays is just around the corner! Some may still be digesting the results from the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games, where Mathew Fraser had his work cut out for him to defend the "Fittest on earth" title, but we need to move on and target the 2020 Reebok CrossFit Games! There are many paths to get there but one of them is to win the 2020 Reebok CrossFit Games Open in your country! The top man and woman from each country will advance directly to the 2020 Games. This year's Open will be a little different than it has been in the past as it will run through the month of October until November 11th. CrossFit communities have been used to experiencing this holiday early in the year - during March and April. Life is change and those who want to must adapt!

Registration for the 2020 Reebok CrossFit Games Open is underway HERE!

The rule that moves the top man and woman from each country directly to the Reebok CrossFit Games is new only as of this year. This is the first time that Sonia Karaskova and David Stroupek from our country headed across the pond.

Reebok CrossFit Games 2019 after the first day - how did Soňa and David fare?

Who will win OPEN 2020 and be able to defend Czech colours at the Games? Of course, the big question in the men's category is David Stroupek, from whom everyone will be waiting to see how he will approach this year's Open. Martin Feiferlik, who finished second in last year's Open, has a sure thing - win! It is worth mentioning the very hot Renato Concolino, who will definitely not leave anything to anyone and will want to advance!

The leading face of the women'scategory in our country has been Sonia Karaskova for some years now, who has won the Open 3 times in a row - 2017, 2018 and 2019. She will definitely want to repeat her experience from the Games 2019 next year, so we can expect that this year she will literally fight for the first place in the Open !

Our eastern neighbours should also be mentioned. In case you missed it,Slovak CrossFit celebrated great success when their representative Kara Frey took the final 22nd place at the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games !

I dreamed about this four years and the dream become reality this year. This year i qualified for the first time to the biggest world wide competition the Reebok Crossfit games 2019. After qualification i set the goal, but during the first event i failed , which cost me points and then was too hard for take place in top 20. I dont think that the first event belonged between my weakness, but the rope which i trained was different, that was the reason why my ranking in this workout was so bad. So 22th place in the world this year is reasonably. I m little bit disappointed but it could be worse.. Nevertheless BIG Thanks to my coach @mikkosalo63 who prepare my very well for everything and who is my biggest support. My friends (especially @pavelfrajdt and @rado.ivan always with me), familly, people who support me and also @thesystembymikko @alphaprimecrossfit @powergearseurope @powerwearshop @niketraining which always stand by me. THANK YOU! ❤️ #getwhatyouearn #crossfitgames2019 #emotional #physical #test #keepfocus #details #choice #preparedness #standby #go #noplaceformistakes #slovakathletes ??
