Phil Heath still looks monstrous!

Although it is unclear whether Phil Heath will ever return to the race boards, he is still in incredible form. Phil was last seen racing at the 2020 Olympia, where he finished third. Since then, speculation has been rife as to whether or not this legendary bodybuilder will ever return.

Heath dominated bodybuilding from 2010-2017, where he impressed to win seven Olympia titles in that time, even dethroning the legendary Coleman, who, however, has one more Olympia win (eight) to his credit. In 2018, Phil was defeated at Olympia by Shawn Rhoden, who passed away last November.

Last year, Phil looked very thin. Many people speculated that this was a sign of Heath's retirement. However, it later turned out that the massive weight loss was the result of an illness.

"I basically go to the gym to put on weight. Obviously I'm not 20. I'm trying to get my rhythm and fluidity back. I feel a lot better right now. I have about 4 to 5 meals a day and a few shakes. I work out lightly biceps, triceps, calves and core. My routine has definitely changed."

However, he seems to have regained most of his lost mass over the past few months. In a recent workout video clip, Heath appears to be back in his original form.
