Petr Petras, the strongest man in the world, in an interview for DVTV!

470 kg for squat, 290 kg for bench press and 400 kg for deadlift, a total of 1160 kg! These are the performances of the Czech powerlifter Petr Petras, which he recorded at the beginning of December last year in Odessa, Ukraine.

This humble giant was invited by Martin Veselovský to an interview for DVTV, which you can watch now.

You can't do it without pain, it's a very thorny road, you have to be a terrible heartbreaker and have the will to see it through to the end, says powerlifter Petr Petráš, the new world record holder in powerlifting with 1 160 kg. He makes his living as a construction driver. There's no money in this sport, I've invested my house and cars in it. I am not a person who goes to competitions where he has no competition, like everyone does these days, he adds.
