Pavel Vacek, World Masters Bodybuilding Vice-Champion 2019, will show you his diet

Pavel Vacek, a long-time bodybuilding competitor and successful Czech Republic representative, who is currently mainly the PR manager of the Extrifit brand and the chairman of the Extrifit Club's competition section, is already at an "advanced" age (by the way, he is 47 years old today, 24.1.2021, so we wish him all the best) and thus falls into the Masters category, but you would hardly guess it from his appearance and form! He still looks very fresh, and he keeps his form all year round!

In 2019, he became a World Masters bodybuilding multi-champion, and last year he wanted to compete again. However, due to the coronavirus epidemic and the machinations of the competition date, he decided to take a break rather than stress himself unnecessarily!
