Pavel Vacek 14 days before the World Masters Bodybuilding Championships 2022

As we have already informed you, from 3rd to 7th of November, in Santa Susanna, Spain, this year's IFBB World Masters Men's Bodybuilding Championships will take place, where Pavel Vacek, the silver medalist of this competition from 2019, will not be absent.

Pavel, who is a PR manager at Extrifit, makes no secret of the fact that he would like to go one step higher this year, i.e. he would like to win a gold medal and thus the title of World Champion.

You can judge whether he has it in him or not by looking at the photographs that accompany this article, which were taken two weeks before the event.

Besides, she will share with you her tip on abdominal muscle training, which she has really exemplary!
