Pavel Beran - Christmas Special

Czech professional bodybuilder Pavel Beran, who is a member of the Czech Virus team and EVLS Prague Pro team, has had another competitive season in which he did not do quite as he expected. For this reason, he decided to change his coach, who, as you know from us, is an icon of this sport, the world-renowned George Farah!

Pavel came to us on Christmas Eve with his last video of the year, in which he invites us to his home, where he shows us his current supplementation, diet, Christmas comfort, and finally takes us with him to the gym to train his shoulders and triceps.
