Oliva Jr., Kulaev and Zapata before Wings of Strength Chicago 2018

On July 6 and 7, the next edition of the local professional competition called Wings of Strength Chicago will take place in Chicago. This time, both heavyweights and representatives of the category up to 212 pounds will have the opportunity to present their forms in front of the judges.

Below, through photos, we can take a look at the current forms of three fighters who will do so.

In the OPEN category it will be Sergio Oliva Jr. and Sergey Kulaev, and in the division up to 212 pounds it will be Jean Carlos Alfaro Zapata.

American Sergio Oliva Jr. has already made a great mark on the judges and all bodybuilding fans in his debut last year, when he managed to dominate the prestigious New York Pro competition.

Although this triumph qualified him for the Mr. Olympia contest, which his father had managed to dominate three times in the past, he did not participate in the competition, instead choosing to continue working on his physique.

And it will be in Chicago that we will be able to judge whether he has made the most of his break. Many are expecting him to win clearly, and thus qualify directly for Mr. Olympia, but he shouldn't miss it this year! Some even believe that Sergio will be able to fight his way into the Top 6 at Mr. Olympia!

Not so long ago Sergio met with another professional Manuel Romero to train together under the supervision of former top professional, and now highly respected trainer Milos Sarchev.

During this training, several videos were made, which we now offer you to watch.

Russian giant Sergey Kulaev will make his professional debut in Chicago. He won the Arnold Classic Amateur in 2016, earning him a ticket to the elite.

He will surely be one of the biggest colossi on the stage of the Chicago show. And he certainly won't be bad in terms of form either. Judge for yourself in the photos below.

Peruvian Jean Carlos Alfaro Zapata will also make his first professional start at the competition. He is heading there after a very successful season last year, when he managed to dominate the 80kg category at the Olympia Amateur South America and Olympia Amateur Las Vegas.

Already now, thanks to the pictures below, it is obvious that Jean will have something to offer. It certainly won't be volume, but her form is already fantastic!
