Oleh Kryvyi will show you his current form during the "rest" phase of preparation
Author: Ukrainian professional bodybuilder Oleh Kryvyi made his second start in December at the most prestigious competition of the division up to 212 pounds, the Olympia 212 Showdown. The first one was in 2019, when he finished 13th.
He improved significantly at last year's event, finishing a very respectable 6th, and remained just outside the gates of the Top 5, which means an automatic ticket to the upcoming edition of the competition.
He has yet to make his next start at this spectacular event, so he will be embarking on a volume phase of preparation. At the moment, he is still in the resting phase, with the scale showing him at 103 kilograms. What shape he has at the same time is revealed by the attached photos, to which Oleh himself adds:
One month after Olympia, current weight 103 kg. I can't wait to start growing!
