Oleh Kryvyi trained with James "Flex" Lewis!
Author: Ukrainian pro bodybuilder Oleh Kryvyi secured his spot at Olympia Weekend 2022 late last season by dominating the 212lb category at the Bigman Weekend Pro 2021 in early December.
Since this year's Olympia Weekend, which includes the 212 Olympia contest, won't take place until December, Oleh has plenty of time to work on his physique even more so he can hope for some nice placements.
He decided to get information on training, diet and supplementation from the best, so it's no wonder he travelled to the UK. This is where James "Flex" Lewis lives and trains, who is a seven-time winner of this competition and is, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable!
