Vita Solution 2.0: New and even better!
Author. Mgr. Pavel Samek
We launched VITA SOLUTION as a response to the lack of a balanced and comprehensive product of this type. In the meantime, VITA SOLUTION has gained popularity due to its effectiveness in supporting not only athletic performance but also overall health. The product is popular not only with athletes, but also with managers, mothers, students and anyone facing increased physical or mental exertion or struggling with weakened immunity.
As always, we leave no room for compromise. Already with the first version, we paid special attention to the preparation of a specific formula of synergistic micronutrients in the most absorbable forms. The blend of ingredients is carefully designed not to hinder your performance or muscle growth, which some commercial products can. That's why many top athletes reach for our product. Now we're coming out with an upgraded version of VITA SOLUTION 2.0.

Why innovate in VITA SOLUTION?
VITA SOLUTION offered and still offers the ultimate solution for intensively training athletes with increased micronutrient needs. All minerals, with the exception of iodine (source of natural Kelp), form chelate bonds with amino acids or other organic substances, ensuring maximum utilization of minerals such as selenium, copper, molybdenum and manganese. We take this property for granted.
VITA SOLUTION was great, but VITA SOLUTION 2.0 is even better. What innovations has it undergone? Here they are:
Increased vitamin K2 MK-7 content
One of the most important improvements is the increase in vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 to 60 µg, or 120 µg in the "athletic" dosage. Vitamin K2 MK-7 is considered the best choice in vitamin K supplementation due to its high bioactivity and bioavailability. This vitamin plays a key role in bone metabolism and the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Studies show that K2 MK-7 promotes the fixation of calcium in the bones and prevents its deposition in the blood vessels, which is essential for maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. In addition, according to a study published in the Journal of Nutrition, vitamin K2 MK-7 may play a role in cancer prevention by inhibiting cancer cell growth and promoting apoptosis.

Folic acid in the form of folate (5MTHF-glucosamine)
Another important innovation is the change in the source of folic acid to 5MTHF-glucosamine. This form, known as folate, is biologically active and can be used immediately by the body without the need for further conversion. Folate is essential for DNA synthesis, cell growth and red blood cell formation. Folate supplementation is especially important for athletes who have an increased need for these processes due to intense training and recovery. In addition, folate plays a key role in preventing birth defects during pregnancy, promoting brain health and improving cognitive function. Studies also suggest that sufficient folate intake can increase fertility and improve sperm quality.
Pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P)
The new version of VITA SOLUTION also contains pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P), the active form of vitamin B6. P5P is a coenzyme in many enzymatic reactions that are essential for amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter formation and hemoglobin synthesis. This form of vitamin B6 is immediately usable by the body and provides maximum efficiency in supporting energy metabolism and recovery. According to a study published in the "Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism," P5P may help reduce prolactin levels, which may be helpful in addressing fertility and hormonal balance issues in both women and men. Other studies also show that P5P may improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression due to its role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine.
These are fundamental innovations, while maintaining all the basic attributes of the product, such as respecting the oppositional action of the individual ingredients, the optimal representation of important ingredients, the judicious use of enzymes and plant polyphenols. Similarly, we have not artificially inflated the composition with items just for the label, such as coenzyme Q10 in insufficient dosage, or adaptogens that you want to take on purpose and which, from our point of view, have no place in a product that is supposed to provide saturation with important micronutrients. The improvements are simply a matter of incorporating even more bioavailable forms of each vitamin and mineral and increasing those that are important. VITA SOLUTION 2.0 is thus the best basic polyvitamin with minerals product for those who want only the best for their body.

VITA SOLUTION 2.0: The next generation tablet
The special tablet manufacturing technology provided by a specialized pharmaceutical company from Switzerland represents the pinnacle of modern nutritional supplement technology in VITA SOLUTION 2.0 and offers quite substantial advantages over capsules as well as some types of tablets.

Maximum bioavailability
Thanks to advanced production technologies and the use of minimal additives, we are able to ensure that all active ingredients are in a form that the body can easily absorb and use. The additives used in our tablets not only do not hinder absorption, but instead optimize it, ensuring that users get the maximum benefit from each dose.
Controlled release
Tablets are designed to allow for a gradual and controlled release of nutrients. This ensures that vitamins and minerals are delivered to the body evenly over a prolonged period of time, maximizing their effectiveness and utilization.
Optimising absorption
The use of specific excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose and silica in optimal amounts ensures that the tablets achieve the highest possible efficacy. These substances help stabilise the active ingredients and improve their availability, which is crucial for their absorption in the digestive tract. This ensures maximum bioavailability and utilisation of all active ingredients.
