Maximum performance and fat burning! New AGGRESSIVE PRE - review!
Here we have a comment on a new product from the Prom-in brand that has just appeared on the fitness market.
[AUTHOR: Pavel Samek / Prom-in]
Exactly one year ago we introduced an uncompromising ALL IN ONE PRE WORKOUT supplement called SERIOUS PRE. It has found popularity with athletes who want a product that really takes their performance to the next level. Many have reported to us that they are getting really measurable results with regular use. Simply being able to perform more reps in consecutive sets. Their training intensity has increased and so has their performance. We wanted to offer a completely non-stimulating product in the first phase that would target only and only long-term performance enhancement. The plan from the beginning was to have a mildly stimulating version, i.e. enriched with two natural stimulants, namely caffeine and green tea extract. Both of these ingredients are mildly stimulating and thanks to the sensibly adjusted dosage you don't have to worry about overloading your endocrine system.
In addition, the enrichment of the formula makes the new AGGRESSIVE PRE, yes that's what our stimulant version is called, a product that essentially combines maximum performance support at the same time as maximum support for fatty acid release, i.e. fat burning. So we don't recommend combining it at the same time as any fat burners. AGGRESSIVE PRE will support your performance and at the same time make you leaner. Don't believe it? Then take a look at the ingredients. Almost no fat burner has such an abundance of functional ingredients. Try. We guarantee the effect.

For both SERIOUS PRE and AGGRESSIVE versions:
They represent their own category of pre-workout supplements. And all at a top price.
They are designed without compromise.
They have a completely transparent composition.
We are happy to boast a well-thought-out composition, because the doses of all ingredients are set at optimal amounts even for professional athletes. For fitness athletes, half the dosage will suffice.
AGGRESSIVE/SERIOUS PRE = optimal amount of functional ingredients
Many companies offer similar active ingredients, but often only in doses so-called for the label. You will certainly find a product that contains BCAAs or the very effective Acetyl-L-Carnitine, but due to the fact that these ingredients are among the most expensive in the formula, they are added in an ineffective amount to the "eye". This is not true for SERIOUS PRE. Each serving will offer a truly functional dose from each of the 14 ingredients. For example, 6,000 mg of BCAAs, or 500 mg of Acetyl-L-Carnitine (the maximum amount allowed).
AGGRESSIVE/SERIOUS PRE = synergy of all ingredients
Many products will offer you a quality pre-workout product containing for example beta alanine, creatine, citrulline or tyrosine. There's certainly nothing wrong with that, but we offer you a complete product containing optimal doses of all scientifically proven ingredients so that you don't have to take anything else. We respect the synergy of the ingredients, which is why the basic version of the product does not contain caffeine and the stimulant version contains caffeine in a reasonable proportion to the other ingredients so that you don't have to increase the basic dose and thus weaken some of the key properties of the product.
AGGRESSIVE/SERIOUS PRE = no concentrates, but a dose of almost 25 g, which is 90% functional ingredients
Have you ever wondered if one small scoop can be enough for optimal effectiveness of your training? As you can probably guess, it can't. In fact, many manufacturers produce "kickers" and not pre-workout products. A kicker actually works out cheaper and you "feel" it. But that doesn't mean the product works. Even though you feel the stimulation due to the use of cheap stimulant ingredients, it doesn't mean your workout is effective. Often it is rather the opposite. Stimulants are in fact vasoconstrictive (yes, even caffeine in high doses, which is why we offer two versions of the product. AGGRESSIVE is designed for those who do not take caffeine from other sources or supplements during the day) or it will restrict the blood supply to the working muscles, so although you are in a stimulant haze, your training is not better. It just makes a better profit for the manufacturer because the cost is significantly lower. Because you only use, for example, 3g of the mixture, and even from significantly cheaper ingredients. It's just that we all know that the effective dose of, for example, citrulline is 6g and where do we get beta alanine, creatine and other really functional ergo genes? That's why the dose of our product reaches almost 25 g - because we offer you not a kicker, but a real PRE-WORKOUT.

Facts, or AGGRESSIVE/SERIOUS PRE in the language of numbers
A solid foundation - AGGRESSIVE/SERIOUS PRE
It stands on a solid foundation built on years of proven ingredients in maximum doses.
7000 mg of CITRULIN MALATE - this well-known substance is actually a mixture of the non-essential amino acid citrulline and malic acid. Citrulline malate greatly aids energy production by increasing the amount of phosphocreatine and the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Citrulline is also a known precursor to arginine or its primary benefits include optimizing blood flow and thus optimal transport of nutrients to working muscles. It is Citrulline Malate that allows us to perform more reps and achieve optimal pumping.
3000 mg of BETA ALANINE - it is a non-essential amino acid naturally found in the spectrum of beta amino acids. How can this substance help us to perform better? A little explanation. During intense exercise, ATP is broken down, hydrogen ions build up in the body, muscles become more acidic, muscle soreness occurs and strength performance decreases. This is a normal reaction that every athlete knows. And this is where beta alanine comes in. To understand its role, we must briefly look at the substance carnosine, the synthesis of which Beta Alanine leads to. Because it is carnosine that affects our muscles and our ability to perform. It helps to stabilize the pH in the muscles and rapidly washes away hydrogen ions, which, as we said, are produced during physical exercise. The body naturally balances its pH, but if it falls below a certain level, the body is no longer able to resist and the ability to perform deteriorates. It is this condition that beta alanine supplementation helps to prevent by converting it to carnosine. Once beta alanine is supplied to the body, the concentration of carnosine increases rapidly. Research has shown that after 4 weeks of beta alanine supplementation, the concentration of carnosine in the body increased to 42-65%, and even to 85% after 12 weeks. This condition then greatly affects physical performance, activating the systems responsible for muscle growth, strength and endurance. This is why beta alanine forms another pillar of our product.
2000 mg of CREATINE HCL - why creatine HCL? The main advantage that creatine HCL has is its excellent solubility and very good bioavailability. Furthermore, it is the absence of some of the side effects that more sensitive athletes can sometimes encounter when taking creatine monohydrate. These include bloating, cramping or frequent urination, which are caused by the less than optimal solubility of creatine monohydrate in liquids and the consequent poorer absorption. As we know creatine itself does not cause water retention, yet loading the digestive tract in sensitive individuals may cause slight water retention in the subcutaneous spaces (under the skin). This is why creatine HCl is particularly suitable for dietary regimens. It will provide the same benefits as taking creatine monohydrate, while not taxing your digestion (in fact, it may even help your digestion). Plus, you can be completely at ease because it will cause absolutely no water retention in the subcutaneous space (under the skin).
1000 mg of BETAINE HCL - this is a methylated derivative of the amino acid glycine. The functions of this substance go far beyond sports. However, we are primarily interested in the fact that betaine plays a role in the process of methylation, a biochemical process that occurs in many bodily functions, among which is the well-known proteosynthesis necessary for muscle building. In addition, betaine hydrates cells, reduces inflammation, ensures proper bowel function and much more. It is also important to us that betaine lowers cysteine and homocysteine levels. And as we know, high homocysteine levels induce insulin resistance and suppress protein synthesis, which can lead to an increase in fat reserves and a reduction in muscle mass.
6000 mg of BCAAs - the effect of a mixture of these three very specific essential amino acids is very well studied. BCAAs occupy a special role in metabolism, as their metabolism takes place extrahepatically. They pass through the liver unchanged and are further transported to the relevant tissues, mainly skeletal muscle and brain tissue. About 70% of the amino acids that pass from the liver to the tissues are BCAAs. Of these, 65-70% of branched chain amino acids go to muscle tissue. BCAAs make up 35% of all essential amino acids in muscle fibres and are essential for muscle growth. In addition, they also serve as an important energy source for the muscles during physical exercise. Thus, during training, the muscles consume their own BCAAs and convert them into energy. If you take BCAAs before a workout, you will provide your body with the necessary energy source and protect your muscle mass from degradation.

Stimulation, but above all optimization = AGGRESSIVE/SERIOUS PRE
SERIOUS PRE was specific in that it allowed you to train with optimal focus on performance even without stimulation. In the optimal case, you only felt a pleasant tickle and during the training you found that suddenly you could do more reps, you could feel the muscles more.
For this purpose, we chose a combination of substances involved in the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine and acetylcholine. It is a proven combination of CHOLINE, TYROSINE and DMAE.
The highlight is the use of the maximum allowed amount of Acetyl L-Carnitine, which, like BCAA, is one of the best scientifically researched dietary supplements today.
The basic form, the amino acid L-carnitine, is part of energy metabolism, where it helps to increase the ability of the mitochondria to burn fat.
Unlike L-carnitine, Acetyl-L-carnitine offers other benefits besides the aforementioned increase in the mitochondria's fat-burning ability, which primarily include the stimulation of brain activity, particularly increasing concentration and attention. Therefore, Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an ideal supplement to support optimal mental focus for training. As a dietary supplement, however, it has many other positive effects that again go far beyond sport. Just to mention a few, increasing insulin sensitivity, improving dopamine receptor function in the brain, lowering blood pressure and much more.

The amino acid taurine complements the whole mix of substances that focuses on supporting brain activity during training. Taurine helps to optimize blood flow to the brain, tone the body, increase concentration, physical performance, reaction speed and prepare the body for increased stress with an overall sense of well-being. Taurine also protects the brain from the neurotoxic effects of other amino acids, thereby protecting nerve cells from damage.
For AGGRESSIVE PRE, the formula is complemented by classic stimulants. The aforementioned caffeine and green tea extract. Caffeine is known primarily as a substance that increases alertness and supports cognitive function. Its effect in supporting athletic performance is undisputed. Thus, in a reasonable dose, it will allow us to focus effectively on training and improve fatty acid oxidation. It is assisted in promoting fat burning by Green Tea Extract, which contains substances called catechins including epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). This catechin is responsible for the thermogenic effect of green tea. Both of these substances work in synergy with the basic formula featured in SERIOUS PRE.
Caffeine and EGCG primarily assist:
SYNEFRIN - many studies have demonstrated the function of synephrine in promoting fat burning. However, we are interested in the fact that the product enhances physical performance - yes, by helping to release fat from fat stores synephrine will also provide an increase in physical performance. By improving blood circulation, it will boost the effect of the essential ingredients, which is why the product contains the maximum allowed dose of this interesting substance. The health benefits offered by this substance again go beyond sports, it is mainly about supporting liver function and overall improvement of digestion.
KAPSAICIN - a substance that will mainly support the absorption of the basic ingredients of the product. Nevertheless, it offers some benefits that are worth mentioning. Capsaicin will again support blood circulation and offer support for metabolic functions. Which, in combination with the other ingredients, you will definitely feel.
So choose the version that suits your requirements and type of training. It is no exaggeration to say that both SERIOUS PRE and AGGRESSIVE PRE represent not only the ultimate pre-workout supplements that are hard to find a comparison.
Try a true PRE WORKOUT that will ensure progress, not just stimulation.
