NS Prague Fitness EXPO 2018

Already the third year of one of the biggest sporting events in Central Europe!

2-3 June in Prague at PVA EXPO Letňany. The organizers have chosen a better and bigger space than last year. Considering all that was at the event, it was the right step.

In the video we will show you the overall atmosphere from EXPO. We also had a chat with Jonáš Petřík, who was at the Suprex booth and I think that all the pictures must still make his drum ache.
Ales Bursa, who was there a week before the race, showed us his form on camera and it was really incredible live.

Shots with strongman Jirka Vytiska, who weighs over 150kg. Unfortunately, the race didn't go as he expected and he finished in 6th place overall.
Huge Pavel Beran also chatted with us, we are curious and looking forward to EVLS, where he will show himself in all his glory.

Great EXPO, where there were over 50 exhibitors. The biggest buzz with the most people was at the Czech Virus, Amix Nutrition and Suprex booths. Their sponsored personalities almost couldn't even go to the toilet as there was so much interest in taking a photo and exchanging a few words.

Saturday's day belonged to the strongest, featuring strongman competitions for professionals with a total prize money of 10,000 euros. Which is really unprecedented for the Czech ratio of other races.
Sunday's day belonged to the amateur strongmen, who gained experience and motivation from the pros throughout the day.

The lecture hall where seminars were held all weekend did not stop. Personally, I was at: Ales Bursa and Pavel Beran's Life of a Bodybuilder which was beneficial, beautifully explained and most importantly very motivational.

Train hard and see you next time.
