Nick Walker played with the 90kg one-arms in preparation for the Olympia!

It's encouraging to see that Nick Walker, the 2021 Arnold Classic winner, is working diligently with new coach Dominick Mutascio and making rapid progress in preparation for the 2022 Olympia. The competition will be held Dec. 16-18 in Las Vegas. And Walker is just one of the guys who could get a really good result at that show.

Walker has won the New York Pro and the Arnold Classic a year since getting his IFBB Pro card . Those wins guaranteed him a spot at Olympia, where he finished fifth. After making steady progress in his off-season training Nick recently began competition training for the 2022 Olympia.

On August 9, 2022, the 27-year-old shared a video on social media of him lightly fiddling with the 200lb (90kg) one-handers. Walker has reiterated the benefits of slow repetition exercises during many of his training videos in the past, and that's exactly how he performed the reps in the video.
