Nick Walker and Derek Lunsford did a tough leg workout together!

There are many great competitors in bodybuilding, including Nick Walker and Derek Lunsford. Both competitors are preparing for this year's Olympia, which will take place in early December. Nick showed up at Olympia for the first time last year and came in a great fifth place. However, this year he would like to improve on his result and preferably take the Mr. Olympia title... Whether he will succeed or not, we will see at the races.

Derek, on the other hand, has already won his title at Olympia and would like to score his second win at this prestigious competition during this year's edition.

And it was these two competitors who came together to practice together. According to Derek's comment, he and Nick are very close and that's why they agreed to do a leg workout, which is a real treat for all lovers of this sport!
