Musclecontest Ireland Pro 2019 - Sami Al Haddad scores his fifth professional triumph

Limerick, Ireland, hosted the Musclecontest Ireland Pro yesterday, Saturday 6 April, following on from last year's first edition of the Ireland Pro.

As was the case last year, the competition was held under the banner of Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League and was open to representatives of the under 212lb division.

A total of 11 fighters were on the podium, with Bahrain bodybuilder Sami Al Haddad, last year's runner-up, being the clear favourite given his competition success to date.

Sami appeared immediately in the first semi-final comparison, posing in the middle of the line. Alongside him were Hameed Juma. Sahar Kazes. The aforementioned trio was complemented by Pasquale D'Angeloa.

Sami Al Haddad had no problem to get his fifth professional triumph. This was not only due to his precise preparation, but also to his excellent physique and eye-pleasing symmetry.

The second place here was won by another fighter defending the colours of Bahrain , Hameed Juma. He offered incredible muscle hardness and perfect sculpting. His strength is also his symmetrical physique.

Raúl Sánchez also made it into the top three. Although he was overlooked by the judges at the beginning of the semi-final fights, he managed to impress them so much that he gradually worked his way up.
His problem so far in his career has been a lack of preparation. However, here he came up short, which earned him the best placing of his career to date.

Fourth place was earned by Sahar Kazes from the judges. He looked really powerful, but his form was not up to his rivals.

Kim Jun Ho, who at 50 years old was the oldest fighter on the podium, also managed to break into the Top 5. Kim proved here that age is just a number and means nothing!
Perfect shapes, excellent muscle development, and exemplary movement on stage were his assets. If he had added a little better form, he could certainly have had his sights set on one of the medal positions.
