Milan Šádek - thigh training 10 weeks before New York Pro 2018
Milan Šádek has had his most successful season among professionals so far. He managed to dominate the Charlotte Pro competition, which qualified him for the Olympia Weekend, where he managed to win a great sixth place at the Olympia 212 Showdown!
Milan is currently preparing for the next season of competition. This time, however, he will be heading to the heavyweights as he has decided to leave the 212lb division.
The reason for this is that he was unable to reach his full potential in the 212lb division, and constantly had to stick to the weight limit. Before each competition he struggled to fit into the limit, which cost him not only a lot of mental strength, but unfortunately also a lot of muscles that he wanted to burn.
However, this is now over, and Milan can develop almost without any limits. The only limit for him remains to maintain a symmetrical figure.
The Amix Nutrition team member was facing one more question mark, namely whether he will stay in Jim Minion's IFBB professional league or move, like Dalibor Hajek or Tomas Kaspar, to the new IFBB Elite Pro federation, which was created after the split of Rafael Santoja's IFBB amateur and Jim Minion's IFBB professional.
Milan has decided to start this season on May 19 at the 2018 New York Pro, so it is obvious that he is staying with Jim Minion, where the highlight is the Mr. Olympia competition. It is participation in this spectacular competition that is Milan's goal.
Below you can see what his thigh training looked like 10 weeks before taking the stage. The training took place at the end of February in one of the country's most popular gyms, Olympia Fitness Opatov.
