Milan Šádek - journey from New York Pro 2018 to California Pro 2018

Milan Šádek had a very successful entry into this season, in which he decided to compete among the heavyweights of the OPEN category in the IFBB Jim Minion Professional League.

He first took a very respectable seventh place at the 2018 New York Pro, leaving behind such fighters as Lionel Beyeke, Max Charles and Akim Williams.

Then, a week later, he took on giants like Essa Ibrahim Obiad and Gerald Williams at the 2018 California Pro, taking a great sixth place.

And you can see his time across the pond, and the travel, competition and training that comes with it, in the video blog that Milan has prepared for you.

You will see Milan's performance in New York, as well as his stay in California, i.e. training at Gold's Gym in Venice, borrowing a musclecar Dodge Challenger R/T 5.7, the actual competition performance at the California Pro and some traveling.
