Milan Šádek and other fighters before New York Pro 2019!

Milan Šádek, Luis Rodriguez, Josh Wade, Joseph Mackey, Robin Strand, Eduardo Correa, Noel Adame, Dwayne Quamina, Mamdouh Al Durrah and Edward Papiro are among the fighters competing in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League who will compete at the 2019 New York Pro this coming weekend.

Milan Sádek

Czech professional bodybuilder Milan Sadeq is one of the quite seasoned fighters, as he will start his fifth season among the elite in New York, having managed one win (Charlote Pro 2017 in the 212lb category), as well as an appearance at the Olympia Weekend (Olympia 212 Showdown 2017 - 6th place).

He was able to place a very respectable 7th place at last year's New York Pro. His goal for this year is Top 5. Will he make it?

Luis Rodriguez

Luis is undoubtedly one of the quality competitors. This is proven not only by his participation in Mr. Olympia 2018 (16th place), but also by a number of very valuable placements last season.

He then started this season at the Indy Pro, where he finished 5th. Can he break into the Top 5 in New York as well?

Luis Rodriguez 12 to 8 days before the 2019 New York Pro:

Josh Wade

Josh, who not only has facial features very similar to the legendary Dorin Yates, is one of those who cannot rely on their genetics, as their body shape is not ideal. For that, the final preparedness is absolutely phenomenal, and it is this aspect that often puts him ahead of much more symmetrical fighters. Will that be the case in New York?

Josh will also rely on his newly acquired abdominal muscle control, which has given him significant problems in the past.

Josh Wade 6 days before New York Pro 2019:

Joseph Mackey

Joseph isn't one of the fighters who have made a significant impact. However, this may change in New York, as his form this year can be considered a lifetime in good conscience!

However, judge for yourself through the attached material.

Robin Strand

The 26-year-old Canadian Robin Strand will be one of the most experienced riders in the starting field. His goal for New York is not to embarrass himself and to get the best possible result. That would be if he can break into the top 10.

Eduardo Correa

The Brazilian bodybuilder is the representative of the under 212lb division, and thanks to his excellent competition history, also a big favourite to win!

The 2014 Olympia 212 Showdown runner-up returns to the competition stage after a three-year hiatus due to lingering health problems and injuries.

Eduardo Correa a week ahead of the 2019 New York Pro:

Noel Adame

The winner of this year's Indy Pro in the category up to 212 pounds, Noe Adame, is of course also a candidate for triumph. This will be only his second start among the pros!

Dwayne Quamina

Not to be underestimated is the only 163 cm tall Dwayne. In the last three years he has managed to pack nearly a quarter of a metre of muscle on his small frame, which is not only admirable, but in his case it also puts him among the candidates for the top ranks.

Mamdouh Al Durrah

I never understood the concept of hide your body and make it a surprise. Surprise who? Is it someone's birthday?
No one is anxious to see what you look like. But the contestants will see you! Okay, so? Will they be able to pack on more muscle in the last week? Are they going to increase their cardio? No, it's over! We have a competition coming up!
And I have by far the best shape, size and conditioning I've ever had!

Those are the words of another representative of the 212lb division who will be in New York, Mamdouh Al Durrah. He, as his own words suggest, has got himself in the shape of his life for the upcoming competition !

Edward Papiro

Edward made his debut among the elite at last year's New York show, finishing 15th. Can he move up the leaderboard this year, which is his main goal?
