Milan Šádek and Jan Turek evaluate their performance at Tsunami Cup 2022

During the last weekend another professional bodybuilding competition took place in Rome, which was attended by our two pros - Milan Šádek and Jan Turek. Milan was the better of the two, and managed to fight his way into the top five. Unfortunately, Honza did not make it and finished seventh. In three weeks we will see both competitors on the podium of the Czech Evls Prague Pro 2022, where they will certainly want to improve their results and try to fight for a nomination for this year's Olympia.

And in today's article, we will take a look at how both riders evaluate their performance at the past races.

Milan Šádek's evaluation

TOP 5 Tsunami Cup 2022.
This year's first competition in the Roman theme park is over and I finished in fifth place. The competition was very good and everyone was well prepared. Together with me and right next to me was @jan_turek_ifbpro_bodybuilder with whom we fought for top5. What are we going to say, but every year everyone gets bigger and bigger. Even though I'm a little bigger this year, it's not enough to keep up with the pace at which the others are growing. Even though I was able to take in more food than previous years, it's still the limiting factor that holds me back the most. I'm still all about doing it "relatively" healthy. In fairness, I've asked other competitors how they use that amount of food and just about everyone has a problem with it and is addressing it. I got some interesting tips and angles that I hadn't thought of. But more on that another time, now the competition is over and we're off to prepare for the next one. After the contest, I went with Honza Turk, Mira Juříček and my wife to replenish our navels with a good meal in an Italian restaurant. Soon we will repeat the whole thing.

Rating of Honza Turk

Unfortunately outside the TOP5 but an improvement from last year I think there is. I'm disappointed with myself but it motivates me to keep going harder and more determined ✊ Moving on ? See you in 3 weeks at @evls_prague_pro_official
