Michal "Križo" Križánek outlines his competition plans for the 2023 season

Slovak colossus Michal "Križo" Križánek has made his debut at the Mr. Olympia competition, the most prestigious bodybuilding contest in the world.

Although he finished "only" 12th, he can be satisfied with his result. After all, just participating in this competition is something that many of his rivals can only dream of. Especially if we take into account the fact that he managed to do it immediately during his debut season in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, and in his debut start in this federation, which he scored at the EVLS Prague Pro!

Michal took two weeks off from any training after Olympia, but now he is back in the gym, ready for the upcoming competition season. And what are his plans? That's what he reveals in the video below.

We learn that he has been in contact with the promoter of the second most prestigious competition, the Arnold Classic, and may have even been offered to compete in this spectacular show, but as he says, he would not have had time to prepare himself to fight for the top ranks here.

However, he will still compete at the Arnold Classic! In fact, as he says in the video, he would like to stand on the stage of the Arnold Classic UK at the end of September. And since he doesn't want to put everything on one single card, he has two more events planned. But we will know their names after the calendar for this season is published.

What is already certain is Michal's entry at the EVLS Prague Pro 2023. At the end of the video he adds that if he manages to dominate this event, he would have almost a whole year to prepare for Mr. Olympia 2024!

Let's also take a look at Michal's first chest and shoulder workout after his start at Mr. Olympia 2022.
