Michal "Križo" Križánek | form and chest training 6 weeks before Mr. Olympia 2022

The biggest event in professional bodybuilding and fitness is clearly the Olympia Weekend, where the absolute top of the sport come together. Although many competitions are held during the weekend, the most anticipated and the most watched is Mr. Olympia, a bodybuilding competition with no weight limit.

This year's edition of this competition will take place in mid-December in Las Vegas, and on its stage, as we all know very well, will also be presented Slovak bodybuilder Michal "Križo" Križánek, who at the end of October dominated the Prague pro show EVLS Prague Pro 2022.

On the stage he will have to compete for the best result with more than three dozen other, more or less good fighters, including two-time Mr. Olympia title holder Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay.

Not only Michal, but also we know at this moment that he has already dropped two very good opponents. Regan Grimes, who qualified for the KO Squad Pro 2021 at the end of last year's competition season, has already cancelled his participation. According to his words, he wanted to take a longer competition break, during which he would like to focus on gaining more volume.

More recently, the same decision was made by Nathan De Asha, who also managed to qualify well in advance last year, thanks to his triumph at the Arnold Classic UK 2021. He is struggling with a biceps injury for a change.

Even so, Michal will be standing next to a lot of good competitors, so he has no worries. He is aware of this, of course, and so he does not slack off in his preparation.

Today we bring you a video of him training his chest, about 6 weeks before his debut at Olympia. Besides training, he will also offer you his form, which is really excellent!

How do you see Michal's chances for placement? Can he make it to the top 10 in a really strong competition?
