Michal Križánek at shoulder training 2 weeks before EVLS Prague Pro 2022

One of the most talked-about bodybuilders these days is the Slovak giant Michal Križánek, who managed to move from the IFBB Elite Pro federation to the NPC federation this year and also became a member of the EVLS team. At the same time, however, he scored his bonus start in the NPC a fortnight ago at the Olympia Amateur Italy 2022, where he managed to win a pro card and can thus try to fight his way up to the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world - Mr. Olympia, which will take place this year in early December in Las Vegas.

After receiving his professional card, Michal expressed himself on his social networks with a modest post in which he wrote:

OK. The Italian job is done. Overall winner and new ifbb pro.

Many world pundits are already predicting how Krizanek could end up at this year's Olympia, which Michal would like to qualify for from the EVLS Prague Pro 2022. The event will take place in just a fortnight and we can expect Krizanek to clash with the best Czech bodybuilders in this competition. However, you can already check out his current back workout, which is filmed just two weeks before the actual competition.
