We have a video from London, where we visited one of the best MMA fighters in our country!
Video with Karlos Vemola can be found here.
It all came spontaneously from a shoot we did while we were mapping out Karlos' training in London. It's more of a light-hearted piece where you'll see snippets of the city and the gym.
You'll find out more in the video, so come and check it out.
London trip #2
The next episode of the LIVE LOVE LIFT series, traditionally with an interesting guest.
We hope you enjoyed the episode. Take care, keep up the good work and see you next week!
