Legendary bodybuilder Dexter Jackson is still training hard!
Although it's been fourteen years since Dexter Jackson won the title at Olympia in 2008, we still remember his stunning performances. However, every career has its beginnings and endings. Dexter chose to retire from competing two years ago in 2020. His last event he competed in was the aforementioned Mr. Olympia, the biggest bodybuilding competition in the world.
Dexter Jackson | Mr. Olympia 2008

Even though the experience was very emotional for many, Jackson himself announced before the race that Mr. Olympia 2020 would be his last. In his long and rich career, this great bodybuilder has managed to win twenty-nine titles from various competitions. However, among the most valuable are the nine titles from the Arnold Classic (Arnold Classic - 2005, 2006, 2008, 2013 and 2015, Arnold Classic Australia - 2015, Arnold Classic Africa - 2015 and 2016, Arnold Classic Europe - 2015).
Dexter may have put away his racing swimsuit, but that certainly doesn't mean he's stopped working out. It's clear that he may not be in the shape he used to be when he was racing, but Jackson still keeps himself in great shape. Apparently, the hormone replacement therapy with testosterone that he himself is taking is helping.
"Hormone replacement therapy is not just for men, it's also for women... As we get older, we start to see lower testosterone levels and hormonal imbalances that lead to lower energy levels, reduced muscle mass, weight gain, and less appetite for sex. Fortunately, with the right treatment, many men and women can see significant improvements in testosterone, progesterone, etc., which will help them live the life they deserve."
And just in the recent videos below, you can watch excerpts from the workouts that Dexter Jackson shared on his social media.
