"Killer of Giants" Shaun Clarida crushes legs in preparation for Olympia Weekend 2022!
The 212 Olympia competition (formerly known by the longer name Olympia 212 Showdown), in 2020, was dominated by the only 157 centimetres tall Shaun Clarida, who managed to defeat the defending champion from the previous year Kamal Elgargni.

Last year, however, he had to settle for second place, a position to which he was relegated by Derek Lunsford. He will not pose any threat to Shaun during this year's edition of this event, because, as we know, thanks to a special invitation he is heading to the open category.
Shaun also tried the open category, very successfully. Let's remember that he managed to dominate the Legion Sports Fest Pro 2021 at the end of last season, leaving behind the likes of Sergio Oliva Jr., Regan Grimes, Max Charles, Cedric McMillan and Patrick Moore!
This qualified him for this year's Mr. Olympia, where he would also like to compete. However, that is only if he is allowed to compete at 212 Olympia as well. But the rules don't allow that, so he had to decide to compete in only one of these events.
As he has already announced several times, he will compete at 212 Olympia 2022, where his goal will be to defend his victory from the aforementioned 2020 edition.
Of course, he will be one of the biggest favourites to win here, but he will not be alone. According to many, he will have a very tough battle with the duo of Kamal Elgargni and Angel Celderón Frias!
However, as it has been shown several times in the past, someone who is not exactly expected to be on the top positions can appear on the stage, yet on the day of the competition he offers such a form that he literally takes the wind out of the sails of all the other participants and dominates the whole competition!
Below you can see Clarid's leg training, which took place about 7 weeks before D-Day.
