Karlos "Terminator" Vémola and Honza Turek together on leg training!

Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek, who is competing in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, joined the Extrifit team late last year, as you know from us.

So it was only a matter of time before this giant would get together to train with another member of this team, professional MMA fighter Karlos "Terminator" Vemola.

And that's exactly what happened this week! Honza Turek, Karlos Vémola and Radek Filipi, who is also a member of the Extrifit team, came together to train their legs together.

Through the attached video you can see that the guys didn't leave anything to be desired, and the training was really brutal! Grinding, sweat, tears, screaming, laughter, weights... it was all there to see!
