Karlos managed to lose 9kg in 36 hours!
Tomorrow the long-awaited fight between rapper Marp and MMA fighter Karlos Vemola will take place. The Terminator will be seen in the ring for the first time in over a year, as he last fought last March. Although Karlos was accompanied by health problems and it almost looked like he would quit his career, this Czech fighter showed that he still has the heart of a fighter and was able to prepare for his fight with the former Czech vice champion in Thai boxing.

But in order to face Marpa, Karlos had to meet the weight limit, which was set to 84kg. On Wednesday night, Karlos posted a video on his Instagram informing his fans that he had to lose 9kg in 36 hours! That's roughly a quarter of a kilo per hour...
"It's going to be 36 hours of hell, hard on the training ground, easy on the battlefield," the Terminator said via the post.
Karlos has been going through hell since Wednesday to make the weight limit. Can you imagine going for a run in this heat in a sweatshirt and sweatpants? I guess it's hard, isn't it... But Vemola has a bulldog nature and he's determined to just lose the weight he needs to and he'll do whatever it takes to do it. As you can see in the video below.
Vémol managed to do the impossible and in the end he really lost 9kg in 36 hours, thanks to which he can face Marpo tomorrow, who will have a really hard time, because Karlos wants to gain back the lost weight after the weigh-in, so that he weighs over 90kg in the fight! To do this he will surely use the nutritional supplements from Extrifit, the brand that sponsors him.
