Kai Greene has shown his current brutal form!
Author: Kai Greene is one of the most famous and best bodybuilders in history. Although his accolades are numerous, he is one of those bodybuilders who has never been able to win an Olympia. This great former competitor was always thwarted by Phil Heath, who kept Kai behind him in second place. Greene thus took home three second place finishes from the Olympia. However, he did manage to win the second most prestigious bodybuilding competition, the Arnold Classic, three times!
However, even at the age of 46, Kai continues to train hard and has a really great form! Green is not planning a return to the competition boards, but his physique could still be on show! Kai has built up a huge fan base over the years of working out and is curious to see if he will be back. It's also an idea Greene has flirted with over the years, especially with his rivalry with seven-time Olympia champion Phil Heath, who we saw at Olympia last year.
Recently Kai posted some shirtless photos on Instagram that are really worth it! And for his advanced age, Greene looks really pumped up!
