Jonathan Delarosa a week before Arnold Classic Australia 2018
Author: American professional bodybuilder Jonathan Delarosa competed at the prestigious Arnold Classic a week ago. However, the eighth place he took was not one he was willing to settle for given his preparation.
His preparation was about a month longer than it used to be and he expected a better result. However, he himself admitted that the long preparation and hard training had taken its toll when his final fitness was not optimal and his muscles were too flat.
He plans to improve his mood next weekend when he competes at the Arnold Classic Australia.
