Jiří Tkadlčík: I will compete in MEN'S PHYSIQUE | STATIC MONSTER 2020

Another videologist by Jirka Tkadlčík? Yes! First of all, Jiri takes you to his Static Monster 2020 competitions, where he measured strength in deadlift and loglift, but mainly Jiri talks about his first bodybuilding competition (October 4th - IFBB Diamond Cup Prague 2020), specifically in the Men's Physique category.

However, Jiří will not be alone in his competition preparation. The great Slavek Vinogradov has taken him under his wing! And how does Jiri perceive his bodybuilding debut?

Yesterday afternoon I was in a meeting with @vjaceslav_vinogradov & @targetteamofficial, because when we met on Sunday in Zhatec, where I had an exhibition, I was a little bit tempted by the bodybuilding podium.

I'm going to my first competition! I've got 16 days to prepare, it's fun, I enjoy the change of regime, and I just want to give it a go, like I've happily tried loads of other sports. Since I have weak legs compared to the top, and I always have, we chose the category "Muscular physique" so I'm really curious about myself.

But it's great, I'm really excited to try something different again, there's no pressure, just experience, joy, change. I love it!

Včera odpoledne jsem byl za @vjaceslav_vinogradov & @targetteamofficial na poradě, protože když jsme se v neděli potkali v Žatci, kde jsem měl exhibici, trochu mě lákal na pódia kulturistiky. ? ⠀ Zkrátim to: Chystám se na svoji první soutěž! ?? Na přípravu mám 16 dní, je to hec, baví mě změna režimu, a chci si to prostě zkusit, jako jsem rád zkusil kvanta jinejch sportů. Vzhledem k tomu, že mám oproti vršku slabý nohy, a vždycky jsem měl, tak jsme zvolili kategorii ,,Muscular physique” takže jsem na sebe fakt zvědavej. ⠀ Ale je to skvělý, jsem fakt nadšenej, že si zkusim zas něco jinýho, že od toho nic nečekáme, prostě žádnej tlak, jen zkušenosti, radost, změna.
