James Hollingshead looks brutal 4 weeks ahead of Arnold Classic UK 2022!

The second annual Arnold Sports Festival UK will take place from 23-25 September at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre, which will also feature professional bodybuilders. Some of the best known include home-grown James Hollingshead, who will be looking to fight for an invitation to the Olympia, which will take place in Las Vegas early this December.

Four weeks before the competition, James shared his current physique and it's more than obvious that Hollingshead clearly has what it takes to win the British competition! Our pro Josef Květoň was also invited to compete, but unfortunately he won't be taking part.

James competed in his first Olympia last year, where he came 12th. We'll see if he can even make it to this year's event and how he fares at this spectacular competition.

Put yourself first. Don't think about everyone else all the time. Life is too short. Focus on being your best. If it gets you a golden ticket to the Olympics or a medal or an award - nice. But if it doesn't, don't let it dictate how you should feel. Don't let it take away from your own satisfaction or your own efforts.
