James Hollingshead, Joseph Mackey and Steve Benthin 5 days before New York Pro 2019
Author: Two days ago, we offered you photos and videos showing the forms of some of the participants of the New York Pro 2019, which will take place in New York this coming weekend. Of course, we are interested to see how our Milan Šádek will do at the competition organized under the banner of the IFBB Jim Manion Professional League.
Milan's opponents, besides the ones we have shown you in the mentioned article, will also include James Hollingshead. Joseph Mackey, who appeared in yesterday's article, will also show us his form.
Then in the under 212lb category, Steve Benthin will take the stage.

James has already appeared on the competition stage this year, at the Bigman Weekend Pro 2019 in April, where he took a very respectable 3rd place against Joshua Lenartowicz and Akim Williams.
How will he fare at the much busier New York Pro? We'll find out in literally just a few hours. At the moment we can judge his form 5 days before he takes the stage.

Joseph introduced himself to you in yesterday's article. In today's one, he shows us that words of life are not kind when he's bone dry and only has muscles to fill. If he manages to do it without any major problems, we certainly have a candidate for a place in the Top 5!

Steve has already competed at the prestigious New York Pro last year, when he took a very respectable 6th place in the 212lb category.
This year he would like to improve his results.
