Jakub Enžl ate 12 thousand calories, but still looks brutal!

In sixteen days, one of the biggest domestic competitions for amateurs will take place - EVLS Prague Amateur 2022. At this competition, we will also see the Czech fitness icon Jakub Enžl, who decided to show his figure on stage.

So it's officially here, I've been meaning to try Classic physique competitions for a long time, exactly 76 days from now the EVLS Prague Pro will be held, where my debut will take place. This is what the form looks like before I start the diet, so let's see what we end up carving out in the next few weeks. I have Tomáš Bureš helping me with my preparation so I'm in the best of hands, and a joint training video has just been released, so enjoy and keep your fingers crossed!

Start of diet vs. sixth week of dieting ?
It's a great thing to take pictures of yourself during a diet because the scale often distorts a lot and you don't see the changes enough since you actually see yourself every day, but then this always gives me such a kick when I see it going well! I'm going into the final month of pre-race prep next week, so only now will we carve out the final product and then just enjoy it on the boards!

And yesterday, Jakub's figure update landed on Instagram again, showing that his form is graduating. However, he wrote below his post that he has just had a cheat day in which he ate a whopping 12,000 calories. Yes you read that right 12 thousand!

This is what my form looked like exactly one day after my biggest cheat day ever, which you could see on the story. I did the math and it came out to something like 12 thousand calories, so you guessed right, it was one of the best days in a while.

However, another photo has landed on Facebook, in which Cuba compares his current form with that of 71 days ago. What do you think, do you notice any change? And how do you think Kuba will do in the races?
