Isaac Ghavidel, former professional bodybuilder, has died
Isaac Ghavidel died at the age of 35 after a battle with cancer that lasted over three years. In 2018, Ghavidel announced that he had been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. He subsequently underwent surgery to remove tumors from his brain along with other surgeries and treatments.
Ghavidel's cancer was caused by consuming peptides. He was a champion of Iran and a professional bodybuilder who showed incredible greatness on stage.

Isaac Ghavidel earned his pro card at the 2016 Olympia Amateur Kuwait, which he completely dominated. His first pro entry was scheduled for the following year in 2017, but due to Isaac not getting a visa for Canada where he wanted to compete, he made his first appearance amongst the pros the following year when he competed in the 2018 Toronto Pro Supershow. He scored a ninth place finish amongst a packed field of competition.
That same year, Ghavidel and his family moved to Canada, but shortly after arriving, a CT scan showed that something unusual was happening to his brain. A biopsy subsequently revealed that it was a sarcoma, an advanced malignant tumour that in Isaac's case had invaded the skull bone.

An oncological examination subsequently revealed other findings in the body. Ghavidel struggled with the disease for over three years. His wife, however, informed the public on the night of Feb 22-23 that her husband had just died due to cancer.
