"If you have the will, you'll find a way to get the job done," Coleman reveals how to win the Olympia!

Ronnie Coleman is one of the greatest bodybuilding legends to ever grace the Mr. Olympia stage. Although Ronnie has struggled with major health problems since his retirement from competition, it seems that he is not currently plagued by any health issues.

Coleman managed to win a record eight consecutive Olympia titles in his career from 1998 to 2005. In 2006, Coleman finished second after being defeated by Cutler.

There is no doubt that Ronnie loves bodybuilding and it is his lifelong love. That's why he continues to pursue the sport even though he has been in well-deserved retirement for years. On his YouTube and Instagram, Coleman posts all sorts of tips for his fans on how to improve and move forward in bodybuilding. Ronnie also gave one of such tips recently when he said that if someone wants to win the Olympia, they need to have tremendous willpower, dedication, passion but also faith. Do you agree with him or would you add anything else?

If your legs get really numb when you're on the treadmill bike, you use your arms as legs because there are no excuses when it comes to cardio. When there's willpower, you find a way to get the job done. You don't win eight Olympia's with excuses. Determination, dedication, perseverance, passion and faith. The key to everything.
