"I've managed to improve with each competition," Milan Šádek evaluates this year's competition season

One of the most famous Czech bodybuilders is undoubtedly Milan Šádek, who participated in four professional competitions this season. On our magazine you could see all four reports from every competition Milan participated in - Tsunami Cup 2022, EVLS Prague Pro 2022, Romania Muscle Fest PRO 2022, Bigman Weekend Pro 2022.

Rome (9.10.), Prague (29.10.), Bucharest (13.11.), Alicante (27.11.) that's 8 weeks of competition, 4 supercompensations.

With each competition I managed to improve, which unfortunately cannot be transferred to photos. The only really well lit stage was at @evls_prague_pro_official . Thank goodness the organizers realized how important lighting is and set it up perfectly together with @josefadlt! I'm sorry I don't have more quality "material" from other competitions, especially from Alicante, where @tomasburesifbbproofficial and I managed to do a great job with the lighting like never before. I went into the last supercross overtrained, I started to lightly pull water from fatigue, so I dropped 2 phase workouts and rested as much as possible and for the last 3 days my body caught on and responded incredibly. Valuable experience. Tomas Bures is just extra class and I learned an awful lot of things through him. In each preparation we try a different procedure for the first "unimportant" competition there to see what to include and what not to include.
