Huge Mamdouh Elssbiay and other fighters a week ahead of Arnold Classic 2020
In our previous article we informed you that the organizers of this year's Arnold Sports Festival have taken certain measures due to the situation around Koronavir. None of the 22,000 athletes will be spared from these, not even the foursome of Mamdouh Elssbiay, Johnnie Jackson, Nathan De Asha and Steve Kuclo who will take the stage at the 32nd Arnold Classic!
The aforementioned fighters will show you below via videos and photos how they are doing just one week before they take the stage!
Mamdouh Elssbiay
Huge, monstrous, super-powerful, unmissable,.... These are the descriptions this Egyptian has earned during his time on the bodybuilding scene!
He belongs, and rightly so, among the most prominent favorites to triumph!
Below you can watch a video that caught him training his hamstrings just a week before the contest.

Johnnie Jackson
The second oldest competitor after Dexter Jackson, despite his age, he doesn't let up in the toughness with which he approaches his workouts, so you can look forward to some HARDCORE today!
Just one week before the competition, Johnnie worked out his back muscles in front of the camera in the company of his sparring partner Branch Warren.

Nathan De Asha
Although the name Nathan De Asha does not appear on the official start list of the competition yet, it is only a formality. Nathan has received an invitation and will be competing in the opening event of this season's IFBB Jim Manion Professional League on March 7!
Below you can check out a video of his pectoral muscle training, which took place just a week before the competition at the Oxygen Gym in Kuwait, where Nathan is training under the guidance of coach Ahmad Askar.

Steve Kuclo
The sixth man at last year's Mr. Olympia hasn't released much material from his training so far, so his form going into the 2020 Arnold Classic is a big unknown for now!
We only have one photo and a short video of his shoulder training, which might give us a little clue. However, we won't know more in our area until Sunday, March 8.
