Honza Turek went to Germany to train!

Czech bodybuilder Honza Turek, who recently moved from IFBB Elite Pro to Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, where he already managed to make a very successful debut at the Europa Pro Championships 2020, continues in the volume phase of his preparation for the upcoming season.

Due to local restrictions, which include the closure of gyms across the country, he has started it in his Turek Gym, a garage gym.

On Saturday, October 31st, he went to our western neighbors, more precisely to Dresden, Germany, where he had a training session for his chest, shoulders and biceps at the local McFit.
As is usual with Honza, he let us peek into his kitchen again, where he cooked something good and functional to eat.
