Honza Turek started the post-race volume

Mr. Big Evolution Pro 2021, EVLS Prague Pro 2021, Wings of Strength Romania Muscle Fest Pro 2021 and Bigman Weekend Pro 2021 are the competitions of Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, where the Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek took the stage.

He did best in front of his home crowd at the eighth edition of the prestigious EVLS Prague Pro, where he won a very respectable 6th place.

Apart from his four competitive starts, Honza also gained one more important thing for his further progress, namely the fact that he became a member of the Extrifit team! Now he can rely on nutritional supplements, which are undoubtedly among the best on our market!

Below you can watch Honz's first post-season video, in which he takes us not only to his hamstring volume training, but again shows us his diet, introduces a few supplements he uses now, plus lets us at least for a little while into his private life.
