Samir Bannout warns that insulin users won't live to be 60!
Samir Bannout, a former Lebanese professional bodybuilder, made history in the sport mainly by winning the Mr. Olympia title in 1983 and thus becoming one of the best bodybuilders in history. At the age of twenty-seven, he did what others have dreamed of all their lives. During the Olympia in 1983 he managed to beat Mohamed Makkawym, Lee Haney and three-time Olympia champion Frank Zane on the podium.

One of Samir's most recent concerns relates to the use of insulin. The bodybuilding veteran says its use leads to health problems. In addition, Samir talks about how even its safe use will have detrimental health effects in one to three years.
If you can get away with taking (growth hormone) and insulin at the same time for a year, I'm telling you it won't last that long because in a year, two, three years you'll have a big problem that will lead to health problems.
You can't use insulin without using high glycemic index carbohydrates. That leads to problems. High glycemic carbohydrates are definitely needed or you will die.
If you want to live to 75 or 80, you need to avoid this crap (insulin). Otherwise, I say keep taking insulin and you won't live to 60.
