Gigantic Mamdouh Elssbiay 7 weeks before his Mr. Olympia title defence

The most prestigious and biggest competition in the world of bodybuilding is slowly but surely approaching. This year's Mr. Olympia is scheduled for mid-December, and we know most of the participants at this moment.

Among them, of course, is the two-time Mr. Olympia title holder Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay, who dominated the last two editions and is ready to defend his victories again.

Although the competition is less than 7 weeks away at the moment, "Big Ramy" boasts not only a respectable weight of 145 kilograms, but also a very respectable form. So there is no doubt that he is most likely on his way to a third straight Mr. Olympia title! The photos and video that accompany this article will convince you of that.

The footage was taken last weekend in Frankfurt, Germany, where Mamdouh had an exhibition performance at the Dennis James Classic Germany amateur competition. The promoter of this contest is former top bodybuilder and currently Mamdouh's coach Dennis James.

One of Mamdouh's many opponents will be Slovak bodybuilder Michal Križánek, who managed to qualify for Olympia in his professional debut at the EVLS Prague Pro 2022 show last weekend.

Michal is considered by many to be a front-runner, which may or may not be true. Everything will be revealed on the stage. But it will certainly be a very interesting spectacle if Michal manages to stand side by side with this gigantic bodybuilder!
