Ford fears for the health of the Iranian Hulk, so the fight has been cancelled!

The highly anticipated boxing match between Iran's Hulk and Martyn Ford was cancelled a few days ago and now speculation is rife as to why the move was made. Martyn initially didn't make any special comments about the postponed fight, only saying that he was sorry for the effort he put into the preparation.

"Naturally I'm very disappointed that my fight against the Iranian Hulk will no longer go ahead, especially considering the fact that I've put so much time into my training program and done everything I can to be in the best shape possible.

Although I will no longer be involved, I am now looking forward to attending the Boxstar Celebrity Boxing event as a fan and showing my full support for those brave competitors taking part, some of whom will be competing in a boxing match for the first time in their lives.

I would like to thank my fans for their continued support and hope to return to the ring in a competitive nature as soon as possible."

However, the Iranian Hulk didn't hold back and accused Martyn on social media that the fight was canceled because of him and that he was going to take the situation up with his lawyers for breach of contract.

Ford didn't wait long, however, and wrote about why the match didn't happen.

"Concerns about mental wellbeing and also the health and safety risks associated with this fight.

They say a picture speaks a thousand words. Let's just say that what transpired is NOT what the investors sold us. Crying at the TV followed, saying he wanted to end his life. That was enough for us."

By all accounts, it looks like Ford doesn't want to continue the fight due to the fact that the Iranian is not the monster he presents himself to be on social media and Martyn's team is concerned for the mental and psychological well-being of this "crazy" weirdo.

In fact, during the official meeting of these two opponents, it was revealed that "Hulk" is of normal height and compared to Ford, he looked like a little boy... So the match wouldn't be as exciting as expected, plus "Hulk" would get a good smack in the mouth.
