Twenty-year-old professional bodybuilder Nihat Kaya showed his current form

On the second weekend of June, the Morocco Pro Qualifier 2023competition took place in Casablanca, Morocco, which, as you already know, was dominated by the absolute victory of only twenty-year-old bodybuilder Nihat Kaya, who shortly before that dominated the category up to 90 kilograms.

Coach Patrick Tuor's protégé could be headed to the Jim Manion IFBB Professional League, where, given his current weight, the 212-pound division should be his home category.

The youngster, who has a perfect shape and no less great form, does not want to rush his professional start. His current goal is to use the post-race phase, when his body is literally wrung out and hungry for every calorie, to pack on more pounds of muscle to his frame. At the same time, he tries to adjust his training units and diet so that he gains only muscle, not unnecessary fat.

As he himself has shown these days, his intention is succeeding. He has managed to put on around 3 kilos since the competitions, and it hasn't affected his form in any negative way.
