"The pain I am currently enduring is indescribable," Flex Wheeler is back in the hospital!

Bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler is in the hospital again, dealing with excruciating pain. In a recent Instagram post published on Dec. 12, 2023, Wheeler shared that his previous back problems have worsened, revealing that he is suffering from pain that is "indescribable."

"Unfortunately, I experienced a traumatic aggravation of my existing back problem while transitioning from one bed to another. The pain I am currently suffering from is indescribable and my discomfort is overwhelming," Flex Wheeler confided.

Flex Wheeler, who has long cemented his legacy in bodybuilding, has unfortunately fallen victim to several injuries and health complications during his lifetime. Notably, in 2019, Wheeler was forced to undergo an acute surgery that resulted in the partial amputation of his right leg. In addition, Wheeler underwent a whopping nine surgeries in 2003 that nearly cost him his life.

Wheeler, who is experiencing intense discomfort, confided that he is writhing and crying due to pain stemming from an old back injury that was exacerbated after he tried to change beds in the hospital.

"I hope this news finds you well. I wanted to give you an update on my current situation.

At the moment my pain level is extremely high and I find myself writhing, crying and experiencing intense discomfort. This is a challenging situation and I am deeply grateful for the support and understanding I have received from all of you.

I want to assure you that I am receiving dedicated care and attention from the doctors who are working tirelessly to find a solution to this problem. Your thoughts, prayers and well wishes mean the world to me and are a source of strength during this difficult time."
