Taylor Learmont: the Canadian woman who is changing the way we look at strength!

When you say "handstand", most people think of a basic exercise taught in elementary school. But for Taylor Learmont, it's daily bread. This petite trainer and physical therapist can do push-ups in a handstand, jump off a classic handstand bridge, and finish it all off with a rope.

Taylor's story began at a young age when she wanted to become a gymnast. But life's paths took her in a different direction. After graduating, she became a coach and physical therapist.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Taylor lost her job. So she decided to take advantage of the situation and started offering online exercise classes. This quickly became her hobby and eventually her mission.

Taylor is known for her incredible strength and grace. She spends hours a day in the gym and her progress is admirable.

"My goal is to show people that size doesn't matter. Anyone can be strong and fit, no matter how big or small," says Taylor.

Taylor is an inspiration to people all over the world. She is proof that with determination and hard work, anything can be achieved, even standing up at the Olympia, where she took silver in the fitness division last year!
