Samson Dauda 4.5 weeks before defending his victory at the Arnold Classic 2024

On 1 and 2 March this year, Columbus will host the 36th edition of the Arnold Classic, a competition that began its history in 1989 and was founded by one of the sport's greatest personalities, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The world's second most prestigious competition has two big favourites to win this year. The first is the defending champion Samson Dauda, and the second is "The Persian Wolf" Hadi Choopan, who is not only the second man in last year's Olympia, but also the holder of the 2022 Mr. Olympia title.

Below you can see the form Samson Dauda had about four and a half weeks before putting on his competition swimsuit and entering the competition stage.

We also attach a photo that Samson himself recently posted on his Instragram, with the comment that it was taken in 2013, when he was playing American football and was impressed by the character of Phil Heath. It was in that year that Samson started bodybuilding training.
