Romanian bodybuilder Vasile Serban (73 years old) still reigns supreme!

Don't let age stop you from achieving your dreams; that's the motto bodybuilder Vasile Serban lives by every day. He continues to inspire the bodybuilding community, having recently won gold at the age of 73 while competing at the 2024 IFBB Elite Amateur European Championships.

At his most recent competition, held May 1-6, 2024 in Santa Susanna, Spain, Serban made his mark in the men's over-65 bodybuilding category. In the end, the judges awarded him the win, beating three competitors on his way to gold. His fans nicknamed him "the ageless bodybuilder", and rightly so. This wasn't his first rodeo either, Serban has collected 18 national titles in addition to finishing in the top four at the World Championship competition.

In addition to conquering bodybuilding podiums, Vasile Serban also showed off his remarkable physique on the TV show Romania's Got Talent. With almost 20 years of experience on stage, he did not disappoint the jury.
