Pavel Vacek 3 weeks before European Bodybuilding Masters 2025

The next edition of the European Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships will take place from 30 April to 5 May in Santa Susanna, Spain. As it is customary, we will certainly be able to see a large Czech team competing here, which will include the PR manager of Extrifit Pavel Vacek. Pavel is one of the long-time representatives of the Czech Republic in bodybuilding, and as such he has a number of awards to his credit.

The most notable are the set of 2nd places he managed to win at

• World Masters Championships 2019 from 45 to 49 years old in the weight category over 90 kg
• European Masters Championships 2021 from 45 to 49 years old in the weight category over 90 kg
• European Masters Championships 2024 from 50 to 44 years in the weight category over 80 kg

So in three weeks' time he will have another fight, and let's certainly wish him to do a little bit better this time, and finally reach for the top step.

Below we can see Pavel's form about three weeks before he puts on his competition swimsuit and takes to the stage, where he will fight the way he usually does, without any frills!
